Theyre now importing China made Inflatables and passing them off as "Made in the U.S.A." In addition a new breed of internet phonies are posing as "manufacturers" and selling "China made Inflatables" or acting as a distributor for some other inflatable company importing from China. The fact of the matter is there are only a few manufacturers left that still build their entire product line of Inflatables right here in the good old U.S.A. Its more expensive but far superior in durability. And yes in spite of what you have been told there is a big difference in Safety Quality Craftsmanship.
These are a step above the event rentals but with the same basic concept. Instead of renting inflatables and choosing some employees to man them this company targets specific carnivals fairs and public events like the California State Fair. They set up a permanent location at these events pop up a large inflatable and people purchase tickets to enjoy the inflatable area for a certain period of time. For this company the wear and tear on the inflatables is less sporadic and more of a full time concern. However they make a constant stream of money during the events unlike the one-day rental options.
This will make the renter more knowledgeable about the situation and also be able to supervise the participants. There should always be a responsible adult supervising the inflatable and the participants using it. The adult attendant should make sure the participants are not breaking any manufacturer-designated rules. It is always a good idea to open up your inflatable product when you receive it from the manufacturer and test it out yourself. The best way to gain experience on delivery and safety is to experience the product yourself and study what potential safety hazards there can be and work from there.
